DON'T: Impregnate any woman you can't see yourself marrying or being able to have a civil partnership in parenting with. While some situations are undesirable, the child deserves to have both parents in their lives. If you are a man who grew-up without a father you of all people know the pain an suffering of feeling unprotected and unwanted, the time has come to break this tragic cycle it starts with you.
DON'T: Tell women you love them If it's not genuine, no matter how cliché it sounds, honesty is still the best policy, If you are seeking sex, money, and or housing, just tell the woman that. Playing games with women's hearts is dangerous, by now we have all seen cases of false rape, and assault charges filed over broken hearts. Ask yourself is the lie worth potentially jeopardizing your freedom.
DON'T: Get married and cheat, you took a vow marriage is an amalgamation of two people looking to build a life together it's not a part time gig. If you are the type of man who needs more than one woman...marriage isn't for you, run from it! Don't ever allow anyone to guilt you into marriage, stand firm in you're manhood and reiterate the truth, I need more than one woman to make me happy.
DON'T: Continue to reside in the prison system, we have all made bad choices at some point in our lives and chose to learn from them, but too many black men seem to have created a portal into the prison system, often referring to being incarcerated as part of the game, but what game takes away your rights and freedom? Who will protect the children, mothers, and grandmothers while you play the game? The last thing a mother needs is to have her son in prison, recognize the pain and illness you bring to your own family being locked up. Stop playing the game you never win.
